The system was given specific numbers to divide and the division was off by just a little. The numbers supposed to be 1. 3338 but what the computer was produced was 1. 3337. Later in the year Intel offered to replace all flawed Pentium microprocessor on request.
In my opinion Intel didn’t Andre it properly because some people didn’t know if the computer was a little off they should’ve just did a world wide recalled the computers that had a flaw and gave them like credit for the store they bought them from or the company. And if it does happen again IM pretty sure they would test it many more times so the Pentium microprocessor error wouldn’t happen anymore, so they wouldn’t lose millions Of dollars.
